Chris Pell

Chris Pell has been a leader at Garden State Home Loans since it was established in 2011 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. Having earned 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Chris plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of Garden State. Some of his duties include overseeing processing and pre-underwriting.

Joseph Cicali, Garden State Home Loans’ Chief Strategy Officer, began his career in the mortgage industry in 2001. At Garden State, Joseph is dedicated to maintaining excellent customer-relationship management. He is constantly striving for improvement by implementing new strategies and technology for the company to provide the best experience possible for our customers. Joseph also formerly served as CEO for ARIVE, a loan origination platform created for independent mortgage brokers.

Matthew Boyce is a Vice President and partner of Garden State Home Loans with 17 years of experience in the loan industry. Acting as a liaison for realtors and loan officers, Matthew has helped Garden State to build its excellent realtor network to where it is today. Matthew is also a certified VA Loan Trainer. Matthew Prizzi

Matthew Prizzi is a Managing Partner and Vice President at Garden State Home Loans. With over 15 years of experience in the loan industry, Matthew closely monitors the purchasing end of loan originations, while growing the referral business within the Tri-State regions. Outside of Garden State, Matthew commits his time to TCP Mulligan Coalition, the non-profit organization he started in honor of his late brothers. TCP Mulligan Coalition is dedicated to supporting those affected by mental illness and substance abuse. Matthew’s NMLS # is 136120 and is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
